Kevin came on board in 1997 and is following Jim’s lead in Summit County with resort condos and second homes but is also doing work across the entire front range. As a team, Jim and Kevin arranged financing for over 25% of the New Village at Copper Mountain Resort in Summit County, Colorado.

Julie began originating mortgages in the fall of 2001. She believes one of the most important factors in her role as a mortgage broker is to make sure the customer understands and is comfortable with the financial details of their mortgage. Coming from a background in corporate account management she places high priority on customer service, satisfaction and open communication. She loves working with borrowers in any stage of the home buying or refinancing process.
